COMMON SENSE TRADING RULES
期貨交易格言與守則
1.Divide your capital into 10 equal parts and never risk more than one-tenth of your capital on any one trade.
將投資資金分成十等份且使每筆交易風險不超過投資資金的十分之一。
2.Use stop loss orders and always protect a trade when you use a stop loss order by using reasonable price limits.
每筆交易皆應設定合理價位的停損單以控管風險。
3.Never over trade and adhere to your risk management rules.
操作的部位不可過大，以致超越資金可承擔的風險範圍，且要謹守風險控管規則。
4.Never turn a profit into a loss. If you are using a stop loss order,then raise your stop loss so as to lock in a profit.
不要讓一筆獲利的交易變成虧損。可利用倒限單持續向停利的方向改變倒限價位以逐漸鎖定利潤。
5.Remember the “trend is your friend,” and never buy and sell if you are insecure of the trend according to the fundamentals and technicals.
記住"趨勢是你的朋友"這句話；不論你是根據基本面或技術分析研判趨勢，如果你對趨勢感到不確定，就不要進場。
6.When in doubt, get out. Only trade when you feel confident with your trading strategies.
當你對交易感到猶疑時，即刻出場。只有在對自己的交易策略感到有信心時才進場。
7.Trade in the most active markets, and refrain from the slow inactive
markets. Also,trade the most liquid contract months.
交易活絡的商品中最活躍的月份。
8.Your risk should be equally distributed. Trade in two or three different commodity products, so as to avoid tying up all your capital in any one commodity.
平均分散風險，交易二或三種以上不同的商品，如此才可避免所有的資金都投資在一個商品上。
9.Trade at the market whenever possible and try to avoid a fixed buying and selling price.
盡可能以市價交易而避免設價。
10.Establish a “surplus account” after you have accomplished a series of successful or winning trades. Your goal is to retain the “suplus account” in times of emergency or panic.
在一連串的獲利交易後設立一個“盈餘帳戶”，你的目標就是在危機或恐慌損失後仍保有且利用此剩餘資金。
11.Never get into the market because you are anxious from waiting and never get out of the market just because you have lost your patience.
不要因為心急而進場，也不要因為失去耐心而出場。
12.Never buy just because the price of the commodity is low or sell just because the price is high.
決不要因為覺得價格夠便宜了而進場作多，或者是因為覺得價格太高而站在賣方。
13.Never change your position in the market without a good reason.If you execute a trade,base it on a fundamental reason or technical rule,and then do not get out without a definite indication of a change in trend.
若沒有一個很好的理由時,絕不輕易改變部位。依照有根據的理由或符合機械化的操作規則而進場，且直到趨勢改變時才出場。
14.Do not guess where the top and bottom of the market is, but let the market prove its top and bottom.
不要預測市場的高點和低點在哪裡，讓市場自己驗證它的高點和低點。
15.Reduce your trading after first loss, never increase.
在第一次交易損失後減少交易，而非增加。
16.Perception is not reality. Only trade on “quality” advice.
直覺是不可靠的，要根據研究心得來交易。
17.Avoid the natural tendency toward increasing your trading after a long period of success or a period of profitable trades.
避免在一連串的獲利交易後加碼。
18.Use self-discipline as your guide when the market goes against your position. Take your loss and wait for another opportunity.
當市場走勢與你所持有的部位相反時，運用自制力認賠出場，等待下一個進場時機。
19.Never average a trading loss.
不要攤平損失。
20.Avoid getting in and out of the market wrong, and getting in right and out wrong. This only leads to doubling your mistakes.
避免在錯誤的時機進出場，以及正確的時機進場但錯誤的時機出場，因為這樣只會導致你的虧損加倍。
21.Avoid taking small profits and big losses.
避免賺小錢賠大錢。
22.Only trade with risk capital, and be aware of the risk of losing.
只用風險資金來交
